Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management tool, which will give you complete control over your e-mail box accounts and mailing lists. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can create a brand new email mailbox in no time and administer its settings easily. Besides, you can redirect mails from one email box account to another, activate mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and protect your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your email accounts against spam mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited emails will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific email mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming e-mail messages based on certain criteria specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can quickly set up an email filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and set the filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mails from one mailbox account to another, or even to several other e-mailbox accounts. Simply select the email box account you would like to redirect electronic mails from, then specify the target mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your email mailboxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you want to set up on your desktop PC or smartphone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new electronic mail account will be set up in an instant.

The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to quickly create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will take care of the rest.
